Pelican 1170 8-knife case with foam

This is my third one I have purchased from Nalpak. They work great. Super secure. The only problem I have is with a Cleric II that was just a bit too long. Cut the foam no problem. Love my pelican cases.

5 Star Review ***** Nalpak offers by far the best storage / protection cases in the business. Their fit and finish are second to none. I wouldn't trust my Knife Collection to anything else, especially when traveling. This is my 3rd 1170-8 Knife Case. Thanks Nalpak.

Nice Pelican case. Foam is top notch. Spaces for knives are good size but my microtech socom bravo has a slight hard time fitting in the spaces. Will buy again.

Pelican has kept up with their cases, this is an excellent case, and equally excellent foam knife cut-out. my ONLY issue is the size of the cut-outs. I have larger knives and it's not wide enough for my custom thick & large knives. Bear in mind that this is a knife issue and NOT the case issue. So if you have larger folding knives measure before you buy.

This case is the best way to protect your collection. Now I need 2 more knives.... Hold my knives perfect (Benchmade Bugout ranger, Benchmade Bailout m4, Para3 maxamet, Benchmade CLA, Microtech Utx85 s/e , MBK Slayback Ti, and a Elementum). I taped a silica packet (desiccant) under the top lid foam just incase any moisture got in.
