Privacy Policy values the privacy of our customers. We do not sell any personal information to other companies - we sell products, not data. In keeping to the highest Web standards, we would like to detail what information we use, and how we use it:

Server Logs

The Web server does log IP address in standard server logs. We have never used IP address logging for anything. The files are never "shared" (given, sold, loaned, etc.) to anyone, ever.


We use only one, on the home page, to make sure the "Specials" popup window doesn't appear more than once a day. Our shopping cart provider Just Add Commerce may use cookies to enable the shopping cart.

Contact and Personal Information

When a purchase is made from, we require personal information (like name, email address, mailing address and shipping address). We use this information to communicate with you about your order and to get your order delivered to you.

Email addresses are collected by our internet staff and used to notify our customers of newly released products, closeouts, and other "events" happening at or one its subsidiaries ( - - Mailings are limited to roughly two per month. Remove requests are honored immediately.

Nalpak uses SafeUnsubscribe® which guarantees the permanent removal of your email address from the Nalpak list.

Secure Shopping Cart Vendor

Protecting your personal information
We use the industry standard for Internet security, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL 128-bit) encryption to scramble your personal and credit card information as it travels over the Internet during the checkout process. This encryption makes it impossible for anyone to read your information in transit. We protect all of your personal information, including your name, address, password and credit card information. For an additional layer of security, we encrypt every credit card number we store in our database.

You will know you're in the "secure" area of our site when you notice that the "http" portion of Nalpak's website address in your browser changes to "https." The "s" stands for "secure." In addition, browsers typically use special symbols (such as closed, highlighted lock) to indicate that you're in a website's secure area. Some browsers let you know that you're moving in or out of a secure area by notifying you with a special pop-up window that requires you to accept by clicking "ok" before continuing.

Protecting your credit card information
Nalpak collects credit card information from you to process your purchases from the site. Only reputable third-party financial institutions handle our credit card transactions.

Whenever you transmit credit card information and other personal information through our site, the numbers and letters are scrambled using encryption technology. To protect your security, we do not allow you to store your credit card number from session to session.

Protecting your password
We encrypt your password to ensure no one else has access to your account. If you forget your password, you can create a new one. You can do your part to protect your personal information by keeping your password a secret and making sure you log off from the website completely before sharing a computer.

Electronic Communications
When you visit or send e-mail to us, you are communicating with us electronically. By so doing, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on the site.
